Health and wellness can mean a lot of things to a lot of people.

We’re all unique, with our own life experiences, beliefs, circumstances, and genes! I’ve learned that one size doesn’t necessarily fit all.

And since small steps can add up to big changes, it’s not like climbing a mountain has to be your goal… even if it feels like that might be the case.

  • Clients often tell me that while their spouses, family and friends love them and have the best of intentions, they don’t feel like they can truly open up to them. So they can’t say or share what they really want to, for fear of being judged or hurt. As I have no personal agenda in your life, I can and will remain objective.

  • Through my studies and personal experiences, I have learned that successful and lasting achievements usually come from a place of passion and inspiration within. Share with me what’s in your mind and your heart, where you are and where you’d like to be. I’ll help you steer your ship in that direction.

  • If I had to say I had one ‘super-power’, it is that I’m a very good listener. I listen to learn deeply about you, where you’re coming from, what’s been frustrating you, what your ideal self looks like, why and how you’d like to get there. I want to make sure that I’m completely understanding YOU, so that I can most accurately guide and provide you with positive support and some tools to help get you there.

Often our upbringings and society teach us to be strong and independent… that we can handle anything that comes our way. So many times we hold things in, and don’t reach out for help, even when we’re sinking.

My Program

I’m here for you. Take my hand, and together we’ll walk towards your health and wellness goals.

It is a journey… often with many twists and turns, and sometimes the goals reveal themselves as we go along the path.

What we start out with, often transforms and blossoms into something unexpected and meaningful. As I often like to say: Life sometimes zigs, when you think it’s going to Zag.

  • 1 x 60 minute Foundation Session

    We’ll do a deep dive all about you! First we’ll determine your focus from your free intro session. Then we’ll explore your story, you vision and the values motivating and inspiring you. We’ll review your Signatures Strengths and your Wellness Map 360. We’ll co-create an initial Wellness Plan, and discuss your optimal health & wellness desires.

  • 10 x 30 minute Follow-Up Sessions

    We’ll use Positive Pyschology to set the tone for each session. *It’s all about mindset, after all. We’ll develop S.M.A.R.T. Goals and co-create plans to achieve them. Each week, we’ll utilize the power of Accountability, and review any actions steps taken towards achieving them. We’ll also discover and consider any blockages that could be hindering them, as well. We’ll keep your long-term health vision and goals top of mind. And each session you’ll leave with a clear focus and tasks for the upcoming week, that we determined together.

  • 1 x Closeout Session

    It’s been quite a journey to get here! We’ll discuss how you’re feeling about the whole experience. What’s the learning you’ve experienced. Where you were, and where you are now. And we’ll review any challenges coming up for you.
