My Program

3-Month Program (12 sessions total) – $595 CAD prepaid upfront*

*Disclaimer : Prior to commencement of coaching, you will be required to sign a formal coaching agreement with me. Details will be provided.

1 x 60 minute Foundation Session (on Zoom):

We’ll do a deep dive all about you! First, we’ll determine your focus from your free intro session. Then we’ll explore your story, your vision, and the values motivating and inspiring you. We’ll review your signature strengths and your Wellness Map 360. We’ll co-create an initial Wellness Plan, and discuss your optimal health & wellness desires.

10 x 30-minute Follow-Up Sessions (on Zoom):

We’ll use Positive Psychology to set the tone for each session. *It’s all about mindset, after all. We’ll develop S.M.A.R.T. Goals and co-create plans to achieve them. Each week, we’ll utilize the power of Accountability, and review any actions and steps taken toward achieving them. We’ll also discover and consider any blockages that could be hindering them, as well. We’ll keep your long-term health vision and goals top of mind. And each session you’ll leave with a clear focus and tasks for the upcoming week, that we determined together.

1 x Closeout Session (on Zoom):

It’s been quite a journey to get here! We’ll discuss how you’re feeling about the whole experience. What’s the learning you’ve experienced. Where you were, and where you are now. And we’ll review any challenges coming up for you.

Extras included: my personal review of all recorded(*) sessions prior to your upcoming session; my research and emails that provide relevant tools and information discussed in your session regarding your particular goals (ie – better sleep, food plans, mindfulness, meditation, exercises, etc)

  • Learning and adopting simple strategies to manage and reduce stress in your days

  • Becoming more mindful and thoughtful in your approach to life

  • Getting more satisfaction from your important relationships

  • Discovering your sense of meaning and purpose, and who YOU are

  • Feeling heard and listened to, and that your ideas matter

  • Coping with a chronic illness or serious disease, and feeling that you have a say in the matter

  • Feeling more positive, and sharing that with your loved ones and the world around you

  • And so much more!
